I started Second Heart as an opportunity to hold space for folks with uteri of all gender identities through the creation of herbal infused products and to increase the use of herbs as rituals for getting in tune with the self.
To me, reproductive healing is full body healing. Through my herbalism studies, I’ve learned that in many spiritual languages like Sanskrit, and whole body health traditions such as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the womb or uterus is often referred to as the bodys’ “second heart”. The womb is central to the body and often its needs and unique cycles have deep impacts on every aspect of our bodies and lives.
Second Heart Apothecary is a collection of herbal allies to help folks with uteri begin to deepen their connection with their second heart. Join me as we journey together!
